Family Fun Day & Back to School Celebration
Parenting With Purpose invites you to our annual Family Fun Day and our Back To School Celebration!
This fantastic, free event features a variety of family-friendly activities including:
- Huge water slide, crafts and games (please bring a towel and swim suit) Delicious food– hot off the grill:)
- Each PWP child will receive a back pack full of school supplies to start off their academic year.
- Quality time with our families, friends and co-supporters of PWP.
- This unique gathering is one of our best opportunities to show love to our participants and for new volunteers to learn about what we do first hand.

At, PWP we desire to teach the value of serving others and giving back. Our children and youth look forward to our annual Feed My Starving Children event in October. Typically, 40-50 of our youth and volunteers attend this event and pack over 3,000 meals during our time there. This in not only rewarding, but it provides us and avenue to instill the biblical value that it is better to give than receive.

Everyone in our mentoring program is encouraged to attend this monthly support group, which focuses on biblical principles for personal growth.
In this group, youth receive a healthy lunch, a message of hope and encouragement, and an opportunity to talk among peers about the issues they experience.
